Cancellation Policy
A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If it is less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. No call, no show will require payment for another test to reschedule.
